Seeing the value of the location, M Jewlers looked to 75 Kenmare for their first store. NYC’s own Bondi Sushi joined shortly after, leasing the prime corner at the intersection of Kenmare and Mulberry. The LA streetwear powerhouse, Undefeated, leased our largest space for an NYC flagship store.
