Redevelopment of retail & hotel
masonre partnered with Triumph Hotels to redevelop the retail of Hotel Belleclaire. The mission was to restore starchitect Emery Roths’ first building in Manhattan to its original look from the 1920’s. Unanimous approval was received from both Landmarks and the Community Board.
masonre remerchandised the 10,000 square feet of retail and secured leases with Bed Bath & Beyond, Lush Cosmetics, and French bakery Mille-feuille.
