Repositioning of retail & residential
masonre partnered with Crescent Heights to reimagine the 11,000 square feet of retail at Hanley New York, a luxury residential building. masonre remerchandised the floorplans to create smaller, more efficient, spaces on the avenue and proposed using the basement as useable lower level space by creating a new entrance on 67th street.
We successfully converted the lower level into a fitness studio and secured leases at strong rents with our target tenant mix. Leases were signed with Alo Yoga, Credo Beauty, Face Haus, Swerve Fitness, Bondi Sushi, Oath Pizza, Madison Reed, and most recently solidcore. This is now Solidcore’s #1 location in the chain.
