David Abrams
Founder & CEO
I witnessed first-hand the definition of hustle throughout my childhood, as my mother worked two jobs and slept on our couch. If it were not for community, we would not have survived. And from my father and business mentor, I learned to love entrepreneurial adventure. From them I learned two crucial lessons: be inspired by competition, not intimidated. And when you make money, give back to your family and community.
I began my real estate career as an intern at RKF in 2010, opening the door to my future while still studying for my marketing degree at Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business. For nine years I learned the trade at the best-in-class in retail real estate, RKF, becoming their youngest Managing Director in company history. Shortly before RKF was acquired by Newmark, a global brokerage firm, I expanded my focus from NYC to include Miami.
I moved my home base from NYC to Miami in 2018, continuing to shuttle between both cities doing what I love to do: partner with landlords to fill their space and partner with retailers to find their space.

Eliot Goldschmidt
Director
Born and raised in New York, I remember the ever-changing landscape of the city and was always captivated by its evolving real estate industry. Contributing economically and socially to the community by matching a business with its perfect space, propelled me toward this business.
A real estate major at Baruch College, I began my career at RKF in 2010, which launched my career in Real Estate.
I relish the process of guiding clients through the entire experience from start to finish, and seeing the Landlord and Tenant goals come to fruition.
With over a decade of experience in NY real estate, I relocated to Miami in 2021. My desire to shape communities continues to fuel my drive to evolve and thrive in both South Florida and New York City.

Jeff Jacobson
Director
Born and raised in Brooklyn and Long Island, I had a passion for NYC real estate and business from a very young age. It was always instilled in me to turn my passion into a career, which is exactly what I did after graduating Rutgers University Magna Cum Laude. I launched my real estate career in 2014, joining The Shaffer Team at Douglas Elliman, one of the top sales teams in the country. There I learned that in order to make an impact, you need to move the needle every day and make meaningful connections with clients.
I went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree with a real estate concentration and specialization in negotiation from Yeshiva University's Cardozo School of Law. While at Cardozo, I worked for two years at a real estate law firm, honing my contract drafting and negotiation skills. My career has encompassed marketing, sales, management and development, which allows me to provide the highest quality of 360-degree service to my clients. I live in Union Square, the heart of downtown and thrive off the pulse of the city.

Brandon Miller
Director
Throughout my career, I have lived in the world of retail. I pivoted to real estate with the unique experience of working with top global brands and retailers. Retail is my passion. I decided to marry my love for real estate with my passion for retail. I realized that a real estate transaction is the highest form of retail and is held on its grandest stage. Helping brands grow and thrive creates a more valuable investment for a landlord client.
Since becoming a broker, I have helped numerous brands develop strategic and thoughtful plans to execute national expansions. I am thankful to have partnered with some of the best brokers in the industry to accelerate my total knowledge of the real estate world and ultimately deliver the most comprehensive level of service to my clients.
